Making Your Event Stand Out 

A truly bespoke styling service, Beespoke Events can be your event planner, bringing all your wildest event dreams together. Not only do we have a comprehensive collection of props and décor we also offer a choice of 3 wedding packages that include must-have items for your Big Day! 

Décor package how does it work?

CONSULTATION

Firstly, we will have a telephone or Zoom call to discuss your ideas and requirements with our Styling Team and Event Planner. We will talk about colour schemes, your chosen venue and what you are looking for in terms of styling, design and prop requirements. We will suggest the best décor package that will suit your needs and requirements. 

Design generation (If you choose to create a bespoke design) £60

*The total cost is redeemable against the final order

After our initial consultation, our team will create a proposal for you - which can take up to 2 weeks. Once you are happy with your quote & design proposal, we will ask you for a 20% deposit to get you booked in. We will talk through the process to make sure you are happy with your design or would like to make some changes - which is absolutely fine!

Please note, if our packages do not suit your needs, individual prop hire is still an option.

ONE MONTH BEFORE

The final balance is due 30 days before your event . At this stage, we will gather a selection of props, finish your personalised designs and start to pack it up. We will organise delivery times so you can relax and focus on getting yourself ready for the celebration knowing Beespoke Events will have it all covered.

INSTALLATION & TAKE DOWN

On the morning of the event or the day before we will arrive to set up bespoke styling or simply drop off hired items so you can decorate it yourself. We will stay for as long as needed making sure everything looks and stays perfect. After your wonderful event day, we will return to the venue to collect everything.
